Partner Program Terms

These terms govern applications to the MKT Store independent-store promotion program operated by Market Store LLC. They do not authorize a partner to sell through MKT Store checkout.

1. Application and review

The applicant must represent the business and provide accurate identity, contact, domain, catalog and fulfillment information. Submission is free and is not approval, a campaign order or authorization to spend. MKT Store may request evidence of business identity, domain control, product rights and a functioning checkout before activation.

2. Store domain, checkout and customer obligations

The partner remains the seller on its own website and receives customer payments directly. It is responsible for prices, inventory, product accuracy, safe and lawful products, fulfillment, support, taxes, tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds and recalls. Its product pages and checkout must clearly disclose the business identity, total price, shipping costs and estimates, and return and refund terms. Partner products do not enter the MKT Store cart.

3. Catalog and promotion authorization

The partner must authorize use of its catalog, product images and brand materials for the agreed services and confirm the rights to those materials. Prices, availability and identifiers must remain current. Paid, sponsored or commission-based promotions must be disclosed. No counterfeit, stolen, recalled, prohibited or misleading product may be promoted.

4. Fees and media budgets

Services, fees, any performance commission, attribution rules and refund or cancellation adjustments require a separate written agreement before activation. Any advertising budget must be expressly authorized and funded as agreed. MKT Store does not hold customer sale proceeds for partner payouts. The public application creates no automatic advertising charge.

5. Google and other platforms

Where eligible and authorized, MKT Store may help manage a merchant’s own account or an approved subaccount. Each merchant’s domain must meet the applicable verification and claim requirements. Eligible product data must point to the merchant’s actual product pages and working checkout. Partner approval does not imply Google approval, MCA conversion, a live ad campaign or any guaranteed result. Affiliate and referral destinations are not submitted as MKT Store direct-purchase offers.

6. Limited access and privacy

Account permissions and technical integrations are agreed separately. Never submit passwords, private API keys, payment-card details or banking credentials in the application form. Customer data may be used only for the agreed service and lawful purposes, with suitable consent and safeguards where required. Read our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and ending participation

MKT Store may decline an application, pause promotion or end services for inaccurate information, policy failures, fraud, rights violations or customer safety issues, subject to the signed agreement. Ending promotion does not remove the partner’s obligations to its customers or any accrued contractual obligations.
